1. Acceptance of terms

By using Saina's services (including Mira), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Saina provides an AI emotional companion (Mira) and related services. Mira is designed for emotional support and companionship. It is not a licensed mental health service, medical service, or crisis intervention service.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harm our services.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of the first charge. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Limitation of liability

Mira is not a substitute for professional mental health care. In a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline. Saina is not liable for decisions made based on interactions with Mira.

6. Intellectual property

Saina owns all intellectual property related to our services. Your conversation content belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saina is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
